It’s 2021 and the world of non-profits events has changed.  You’ve been forced to re-think how you deliver your message, how (and if!) you fill a room and how you ask for money.  You’ve reconsidered how your event fits into your donors’ lives and if going back to how you used to do it is really the answer.  You’ve re-imagined your event format (probably more than once!) and you’ve tapped into a depth of resources you didn’t know you had.

And so, we’ve changed too. 

I started Beyond the Benefit as a way to develop meaningful, content-driven virtual events that were accessible, engaging and fun.  It was a joy to help my long-time clients – and brand-new ones - successfully make a scary transition from live events to virtual. It was a challenge to learn a new medium and to innovate new fundraising strategies.  And it was amazing to watch each client meet and exceed their goals and surpass their own expectations.

Once I saw the potential in virtual and the world began to re-open to live events, I knew that keeping these event services separate was a thing of the past.  I believe that forevermore, fundraising events will embrace a myriad of techniques to connect with donors, taking the best of both live and virtual and continuing to implement them in creative and exciting ways.  Therefore, the time was right to unify our live non-profit event services at Lindsay Landman Events with our virtual non-profit event services at Beyond the Benefit so that we can move forward in a way that best reflects where we are, and most importantly where you are.

If you’ve been a client of Lindsay Landman Events for many years, nothing will change.  Same team, same passion, same attention to detail – new name. If you’ve been a client of Beyond the Benefit, you’ll now have access to an even bigger team and a more robust set of services.  If you are new to both brands, all you need to know is that we’ve got you covered – online and IRL.
